How do I get connected with my club?
In order to get connected with your club, there are two ways you can create an account.
- You can have your club send you an invite to set up your account. They will add you and your swimmer(s) info and generate a link that will allow you to set a password.
- You can register for your club using a provided registration link or finding it on their website.

What is my log in/username?
Your username will be your email address.

How do I add additional swimmers to my account?
In order to add additional swimmers to your account, once you are already set up, can happen following one of two options:
- You can request your coach add your new swimmer(s) to the system, they can link them to your account and confirm with you when it is done.
- You can register for your new swimmer using a provided registration link or finding it on their website. When you do this, do not sign in to your account as you will be registering the swimmer as a new registrant. (This should automatically connected the new swimmer to your account. If there are any issues, you may contact your coach or contact our support team at team@commitswimming.com)

I never received my invite from the club. What can I do?
- You can contact the coach and request the invite be resent.
- You can contact Commit's Customer Support for Help
- You can use the FORGOT PASSWORD button when logging in, this will re-generate a link to provide you access (this will only work if the initial invite was, in-fact, generated by the club)
