How do I get connected with my club?

In order to get connected with your club, there are two ways you can create an account.

  1. You can have your club send you an invite to set up your account. They will add you and your swimmer(s) info and generate a link that will allow you to set a password.
  2. You can register for your club using a provided registration link or finding it on their website.

What is my log in/username?

Your username will be your email address.

How do I add additional swimmers to my account?

In order to add additional swimmers to your account, once you are already set up, can happen following one of two options:

  1. You can request your coach add your new swimmer(s) to the system, they can link them to your account and confirm with you when it is done.
  2. You can register for your new swimmer using a provided registration link or finding it on their website. When you do this, do not sign in to your account as you will be registering the swimmer as a new registrant. (This should automatically connected the new swimmer to your account. If there are any issues, you may contact your coach or contact our support team at team@commitswimming.com)

I never received my invite from the club. What can I do?

  1. You can contact the coach and request the invite be resent.
  2. You can contact Commit's Customer Support for Help
  3. You can use the FORGOT PASSWORD button when logging in, this will re-generate a link to provide you access (this will only work if the initial invite was, in-fact, generated by the club)
