A Fresh Look

Our visual refresh will introduce an improved design that aligns with current trends while maintaining the familiar functionality you’ve come to know and love. Expect a cleaner, more cohesive aesthetic that enhances your overall experience.

Improved Layout

We’ve restructured the layout to optimize the use of your device's screen space, making it easier for you to find what you need quickly. This means less scrolling and more focus on the tasks that matter most to you.

Enhanced User Experience

Our goal is to make your interactions with Commit Swimming smoother and more enjoyable. This refresh will include updated graphics, improved navigation, and a more responsive design that works seamlessly across all your devices.


UNIVERSAL ADD BUTTON





Our new universal add button is a centralized feature that enables you to access multiple functionalities with one click, no matter what menu you are in!

This means that tasks such as creating new workouts, season plans, meets, messages, and more can be accomplished from anywhere at anytime!


MEETS / RESULTS


Meets will utilize the optimized screen space, allowing you to update and edit your meets, manage events, and view your swimmers registration with ease.

For your club's results - full screen viewing means more space, more information, and faster means to view your swimmer's times!


WORKOUTS

The new and improved workouts interface allows you to more easily organize, filter, search, and (most importantly) write your workouts!

Taking attendance? Now it's better than ever!






Quickly mark your swimmers attendance by selecting their name and assigning their subgroup.

Mark them absent by unchecking them (and even quickly mark them excused if you need to!)

Plus, now you can search your athletes' names to narrow down your list, saving you even more hassle!

We've upped our game with your notes, allowing you to now share them with specific groups to help better communicate with your entire team!



With the option to share, collaborating as never been easier:

  • You can choose to share the notes with everyone on the workouts, including your athletes!
  • You can provide instructions to just the coaches and edit the notes together to fill in or add information!
  • Or you can simply jot down thoughts for yourself, so you can reference them later.

TRAINING GROUPS

We've improved the Groups menu to provide a cleaner navigation experiences so you can be sure you're looking at the most relevant, and complete history of the information for your account!



ROSTER

More screen space, less loading, faster workflow - what's not to love about these improvements?

FINANCIAL REPORTS

Now you can generate reports that give you more filtering, sorting, and exporting options. This report will now also provide you a break down of all invoices and their items - allowing you to manage your books better with less hassle.

  • You can manage the clubs and teams connected to your subscription with Commit
