Commit's Patch & Splash
πββοΈ Introducing Patch & Splash π¦
Every week, our team dives in to improve the platform with new updates, fixes, and features β in a time frame we like to call Patch & Splash!
Each Wednesday evening between 8:00 PM and midnight EST, we roll out any "patches" and new features that are sure to make a βsplashβ within Commit.
These can include:
- 𧩠Patches for reported bugs or minor issues
- π New features and enhancements to keep things fresh
- βοΈ Performance updates that make everything run smoother
Just like fine-tuning a swim stroke, these updates help us keep Commit streamlined, efficient, and ready to perform at its best.
What to Expect
During our Patch & Splash window, you can keep using the platform as usual β we donβt expect any disruptions.
However, as with any live deployment, thereβs a small chance you may notice slightly slower load times or brief performance dips, all between that 8:00 PM and midnight timeframe.
Please keep in mind if this happens, these are temporary in nature and typically resolve quickly as the updates finish rolling out.
Why We Do It
Having a consistent update schedule helps us:
- π Keep our releases predictable and reliable
- π οΈ Allows us to quickly address issues or feedback from you, our users
- π Continuously improve stability and performance
Thanks for Riding the Current
