MESSAGES THAT WERE EFFECTED MAY NOT UPDATE - BUT ALL MESSAGES CREATED AND SENT AFTER NOVEMBER15, 2023 SHOULD UPDATE.
- Messages sent from within your Commit portal are no longer updating the status of the message.
- Messages show as pending/grey in color.
- Some messages show green - these are for messages that were read by the recipients within their own Commit portal.
- NOTE: Messages were still being delivered - the issue was with the status being returned and updated to reflect the most current event.
