STATUS: RESOLVING - EXPECTED FIX FEBRUARY

  • Some customer accounts had invoices generate between Feb 1 - Feb 2 that charged with double processing fees.
  • NOTE: It did not collect the processing fee TWICE - it only collected the fees for one, and the second "fee" was collected by your club as a regular payment. When you credit or refund, you will not be losing any funds - you'll end up netting the correct amount from your members.
  • Here's how to remedy this:

  • Some Android users are receiving messages when downloading the app with errors indicating the app is "incompatible".
