What are Commit's Training Groups?
- Training groups are used to organize your roster.
- They allow you to write workouts and sessions for specific groups or individuals
- They allow you to manage your coaches access to specific groups
- They allow you to take attendance
- With Training Groups, you can break down your athletes into smaller subgroups.
- i.e. Distance, Sprint, Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.
- You can filter analytics based on a training group's subgroups
- Link training groups with registration groups to easily assign athletes to the group with which they will train.

- Do I need to have a Training Group?
- If you plan on using any of the workout features, yes.
- i.e. writing workouts and taking attendance
- If you plan to run registration with Commit, you will need to assign the registration group to at-least one training group.

- How many Training Groups can I have?
- As many as you need
- Can I have private training groups?
- Yes, these will not be linked to any club but can also be shared with anyone you wish.
- What if I leave a team, but want access to the training group still?
- This is a club decision. To access training groups on a club, you will need to remain a user on the club's subscription.
- If requested, we can download workout data into a PDF for offline storage and access.
- Is the Training Group similar to a Roster group from other software?
- Yes, it is used to assign athletes to training squads and organize your roster.
