First let's look at your side menu (which will always be visible, no matter where you are)

If you click the dropdown arrow next to your name, you can access your:

  • PROFILE: to update your name, email address/login, and password.
    • Note: only members who are also staff can have a profile image, as it is linked to their STAFF profile.
  • CHANGE PERMISSIONS: (This only applies to club staff members who are set this way by the club)
  • SIGN OUT


If you click the dropdown menu next to your club's name, you can toggle between any other clubs you are a member on.

  • This only is available is you are on multiple clubs.

Then, the following items provide you access to:

  • DASHBOARD - This takes you back to your Dashboard
  • MEET SIGNUPS - This will take you to a full list of Current, Upcoming, or Past meets your swimmers have been invited to.
  • RESULTS - This will show you the club's history of meets and times.
  • PAYMENTS - This is where you can manage your billing account and manage:
    • Payment Methods
    • Credit History
    • Invoice History (Paid, Open, Failed, Refunded)
    • Swimmer's Active Enrollments (meaning any monthly payments they are scheduled for)
  • SWIMMERS - This is a collapsible menu, but is where you will access your swimmer(s) profile, meet results times, attendance, workouts, and other training metrics.
  • CALENDAR - View your club's calendar
  • MESSAGING - This is where you will be able to access messages - both received and sent - for all messaging within Commit.
  • JOBS - This is where you will sign up for any job or volunteer needs your club has made available.
