Parent / Guardian - Dashboard

Your dashboard is your quick view for all things related to your and your swimmers' account!

Here are what each section will show you:

UPCOMING MEETS

  • This will allow you to see a quick view of upcoming meets, which ones your swimmer (or swimmers) are registered for (Not Committed, Committed, Declined, or Registered)
  • You can also see notifications about new messages you have for each swimmer specific to this meet.

INVOICES

  • This will show you recent invoices and whether they are paid, open, failed, or more.

    • You can navigate to your PAYMENTS menu to manage more
    • Or you can click the three dots next to any of the invoice to do quick actions (if you chose to pay from here, your default payment method will automatically be used)

TEAM PROGRAMS

  • This is where you will be able to see all your club's current programs.
  • You will use the options here to view the information for the program/registration groups and register!
    • Note: If you are a current member, we recommend you register for new programs by logging in and doing so from here. (If you go to your club's website to register, you will have the option to sign in

UPCOMING EVENTS

  • This will show you upcoming calendar Events

  • You can see more info on your CALENDAR menu, but you can view quick info here.

  • You can also RSVP for your swimmer(s) and yourself for events that require an RSVP.
    • Other parent/guardian accounts will need to log in and RSVP for themselves.
    • Please contact your club if you require additional attendees.

UPCOMING JOBS

  • This will show you any available volunteer/job opportunities that are available with your club
  • You can see more about the available jobs and sign up for them by clicking "See Jobs" or going to your JOBS menu.

USA SWIMMING

  • If you club is a USA Swimming team - this will show you quick info regarding your swimmer(s) USAS status. You can click the "MANAGE USAS REGISTRATION" to access your USAS profile and your connection with the current club.
    • You will be navigated to USA Swimming's website if you click this.

  • If there are any issues or questions, please contact your coach or club's administrator for help.

Need help more help? You can always access Commit's support when you are logged in.

Click the little HELP icon in the top right corner and you'll be prompted with two options.
