First time here?
Your account starts one of two ways:
- You registered your swimmer online: you created the account during checkout; log in with that email and password.
- Your team invited you: open the invitation email and click Get Started to set your password. The invite ties your email to your swimmers, so use that same email, not a different one.
No invite? Ask your team’s admin to send one. It takes them seconds from the roster.
Step by step
Reset your password
-
Go to team.commitswimming.com and click forgot password?.
-
Enter your email and submit. Open the reset link from your inbox (check spam for “Commit Swimming”) and choose a new password.
Change your password while logged in
- Open Settings → Profile and use the Password fields (current password, new password, confirm), then Save password.
When sign-in just fails
- Confirm the email: it must be the one your team invited or the one you registered with. Household members each have their own login, so your partner’s email won’t open your account.
- Do the reset flow above. If the reset email never arrives, that address has no account. Ask your team admin which email is on file.
- Still stuck? Email team@commitswimming.com with your name and team and we’ll find your account.
-
The Commit app signs in with the same email and password as the web.
-
Password resets work from the app’s sign-in screen too. The email link opens in your browser, and your new password works everywhere.
Common questions
I can log in but see no swimmers, or the wrong team. You have an account under a different email than the one your team linked. See One login, many hats if you belong to several teams, or ask your admin to link this email.
We’re two parents. Can we both log in? Yes, each with your own email. The team adds the second parent to the swimmer and sends an invite.
My swimmer wants their own login. Fine at any age. The team adds the athlete’s email and invites them, and young athletes get a limited view.
