On your dashboard, you’ll be able to see a few of your upcoming meets.
Note: The layout can change based on your customized settings for your dashboard
Here you’ll see a snapshot of the name, date, and other entry info for the meet.
The number of athletes are those that are currently entered into any event and the entries will show you the total number of entries across all your registered athletes.
*The athlete count does not include committed swimmers, only those athletes who are entered into an event.
This indicates 20 registered swimmers
This indicates 45 entries across the 20 swimmers
If there is a new message from one of your members, you will see a notification alert on the actual meet.
You can click on the meet to view and edit the meet’s information, review messages, and manage your entries. To see more meets, either click VIEW MEETS on the dashboard
or click the MEETS menu on your left hand menu bar.
Once you are in the MEETS menu, you’ll be able to toggle between your upcoming meets and your past meets.
Click on any meet to access it - where you’ll be able to manage everything for your meet registrations or delete the meet.
Past Meets
To access your past meets to review all your information, especially billing, please navigate to your meets menu and toggle to PAST MEETS.
