Create a meet and open sign-ups Add a meet, pick its type, choose how swimmers are invited (by hand, the whole roster, or rules), and let families commit. Find your swimmer's events on meet day The Spectator view lists your team's lineup by event or by swimmer, with heats and lanes once the coach assigns them. Manage entries and export entry files Work entries by swimmer or in the Grid, seed heats and lanes for dual meets, build relays, and export the .sd3 and .hy3 entry files the meet host needs. Meet billing: invoice entry fees Set meet fees, generate invoices from entries, and track who's paid in the meet's Billing section. Upload meet results Load results files after a meet so best times, records and reports update. Fix a best time and add legal splits Pick a different swim, type a time or delete a swimmer's best time, and turn faster opening splits into best times.
