Step by step
- Get the results file from the meet host. Any of the standard formats works: .sd3, .hy3, .cl2, or a zip holding one.
- Open Meets → Results and click New Results.
- Drop the file in. Commit reads it and walks you through two quick checks: map the teams in the file to your team, and confirm swimmer matches. Fix anything it guessed wrong.
- Finish the upload. The meet appears in your results list.
- Each meet sits in Approved, Pending, or Rejected. Approve a meet and its swims count toward best times and records. Use Tag to label meets for filtering.
Results uploads are a web task. Once uploaded, results and best times are viewable everywhere, including the app.
Common questions
Times aren’t showing on swimmer profiles. Check the meet is Approved, and that the swimmers matched during upload (a misspelled name in the file can create an unmatched swimmer).
I uploaded the wrong file. Open the meet in the results list and remove it. You can remove its times from profiles and best times at the same time, then upload the right file.
Where do families see results? On their swimmer’s profile and under Results in their app. See view results and best times.
