Results and training data
- Open Settings → Advanced and scroll to Parent and Athlete Controls.
- Pick the Visible Features: Team meet results, Own swimmer(s) meet results, Own swimmer(s) training analytics, Own swimmer(s) attendance, and Own swimmer(s) workout history. Remove one and it disappears from every parent’s app.
- Save Changes.
The member directory
- In the Member Directory section, set Directory Visibility: swimmers & their parents, coaches & admins, both, or no directory.
- The directory is read-only, swimmers show age only (no birthdates), and each family can hide its own contact info from their Profile settings.
The parent dashboard
- In Parent Dashboard Settings, choose and reorder the widgets families see when they log in: Notifications, Upcoming Events, Volunteer Jobs, Volunteer Obligations, Open Invoices, Current Programs, USA Swimming, and Bulletin Boards.

Common questions
A parent can’t see meet results. Check Parent and Athlete Controls. If “Own swimmer(s) meet results” is off, that’s why.
Parents want a team contact list. Turn on the directory for swimmers & parents. Families who’d rather not be listed can hide their own info.
Can I hide billing widgets from parents? You can remove the Open Invoices widget from the dashboard, but families always keep their Payments page.
