1. Click your name at the top right of the page.

2. Under Appearance, pick System, Light or Dark. Commit changes right away.

   

Common questions

Does it change on my other devices? No. Each phone, computer and browser keeps its own choice, so set it wherever you use Commit.

What does System do? It matches your device. If your phone goes dark at night, Commit goes dark with it.

Why did my printout come out light? Printing and PDF exports always use light colors, so they look right on paper. The website preview stays light too, because that’s how your team’s site looks.

I write messages and workouts in dark mode. What do families see? What you wrote, in its own colors. Editors show a dark grey page while you type, and colored text is lightened on your screen so you can read it. Saved messages, emails, printouts and PDFs keep the colors you picked.
