Step by step
-
Click your swimmer under Swimmers in the left menu, then click the Documents tab.
-
Each row shows the document, its type (Informational, Waiver or E-signature), the program and group, and whether it’s signed. Informational documents are there to read: use View or Download.
-
Acknowledge a waiver: click the acknowledge button on its row. Read the document, check I have read the entire document, and click Acknowledge. The row turns signed with today’s date.
-
Sign a form: click the sign button on its row. The banner above the list counts your unsigned documents, and Sign all signs them together.
-
Signed documents have View and Download buttons. Downloading an acknowledged waiver adds a page at the end that shows who acknowledged it and when.
-
In the Commit Swimming - Team app, tap Swimmers and open your swimmer. Swipe the tab bar and tap Documents.
-
Tap Acknowledge on a waiver, read it, check I have read the entire document, and tap Acknowledge.
-
Forms that need an e-signature can’t be signed in the app. Sign them on the web at team.commitswimming.com.
-
Download opens the document on your phone. The copy with the acknowledgement page comes from the web.
Common questions
I got an email asking me to sign. Your team can send a reminder with a subject like “Your Team Name: 2 documents need your signature.” Each document in it links straight to your swimmer’s Documents tab.
Why don’t I see a Sign button? Only the parent who completed the registration can sign e-signature forms. Ask them to sign, or ask your team for help. Any parent linked to the swimmer can acknowledge a waiver.
I signed during registration. Do I need to do it again? No. Anything you agreed to or signed at checkout already shows as signed. The Documents tab is for what’s still open and for getting copies.
Where do I find the copy I signed? On the Documents tab, use View or Download on the signed row.
