Coach more than one team going to the same meet? Now you set it up once. Add the meet to your other teams in one go, or invite them to link and their coaches get an email and an alert.
Why it matters
- Events, sessions, dates, entry limits and fee amounts copy to each team, so nobody builds the same meet twice.
- Each team keeps its own invites, entries, messages and billing.
- Teams with the same team code and LSC can combine entries and send the host one file and one share link. Commit checks the combined entries for you, like two meets using one event number for different events.
- With entries combined, the relay builder lists every team’s swimmers, each with a team tag.
Good to know
- Link a meet in the Teams step of New meet, or later with Link to Other Teams in the meet’s three-dot menu.
- Combining starts only once every linked team turns on Combine our entries.
- In the Commit app, link from the three-dot menu. The Combined tab, with its checks, is on the web.
