- WHAT IS RIGHT FOR ME: PERFORMANCE SUITE OR TEAM SUITE?
- This is a great question, here's a breakdown of what each offers:
- Performance Suite: Here you can write workouts, track all your training analytics, and use tools like Commit Results and Commit Season Planning
- Team Suite: Here you can manage your team or club with your team calendar, meet registrations, billing and invoicing, volunteer tracking, and website management. (Note: In order to use Team Suite, you must also have a Performance Suite subscription.)
- Your needs depend on which Suite makes the most sense for you! Still unsure? Contact us at TEAM@COMMITSWIMMING.COM.
- IF I SWITCH FROM ANDROID TO iOS (or vice versa) WILL EVERYTHING WORK THE SAME WAY?
- Yes! Your account information is saved in the cloud, regardless of the OS or iOS you are on. The same goes for working between the mobile app and the web browser app - our goal is to make sure you don't miss a beat (or stroke).
- HOW DO I ADD/REMOVE A COACH FROM MY TEAM?
- Navigate to your team's settings, here you can add a coach by using the "+" sign or select the coach to remove them. You can see more about this HERE. Questions about adding or removing a coach from your subscription? Check out our resources here.
- WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT RENEW?
- You can see your renewal date under your Subscription page and Billing tab.
- HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
- Go to your Subscription page and Billing tab and select the option to update your credit card.
- Prefer to have an invoice sent each billing cycle? Contact us at TEAM@COMMITSWIMMING.COM.
- IF I NEED TO CANCEL, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY DATA?
- All your data is saved on your account. So if you cancel, but plan to re-subscribe at a later date (be it a day, a week, a month, a year, or longer) you'll regain access to all your past data once you sign back up. Just use the same login info.
- If you want to have your data removed forever from our system, please contact us at TEAM@COMMITSWIMMING.COM
- HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL?
- Navigate to your Profile and change the email address here. This will change your login information as well.
- Changing jobs or moving to a new team that has a new email? You can take your account with you by updating your email in the profile and have it linked to your new team from there. Check out more info HERE.
- HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
- When on the sign in page, select "FORGOT PASSWORD" and a password reset link will be emailed to you.
- WHAT IS A STRESS SCORE?
- The stress score is a specific Commit measurement that is meant to gauge the overall difficulty of a workout. It is calculated using the weighted average sum of the volume and intensity of the workout. (Example: If you have a set that is 1,000 meters and has an intensity level of 4, that set would have a stress score of 4,000. Then at the end of the workout, all your sets are added up and divided by 100 to provide your overall Stress Score for the entire workout.)
- WHAT IS RESULTS?
- Commit Results brings your team's meet times into Commit. You upload your meet results files and Commit assigns the times to your swimmers. It provides data tables and visualizations for each individual swimmer and also your entire team.
- WHAT IS SEASON PLANNING?
- Commit Planning allows you to create your season plan right inside Commit. Here you set target training volume and composition for each week of your season. You can set meet dates and indicate which meets are "target" meets. Then, when you are writing workouts, this season plan data can be pulled up right next to your workout.
- WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN THE TEAM SUITE SUBSCRIPTIONS?
- You have two options for Team Suite:
- Basic: You get to manage your roster, handle meet entries, use your team calendar, message parents and athletes, and run billing.
- Premium: You got all the perks of Basic, plus you can run volunteer tracking, build and manage your website, and Commit Results and Commit Season Planning are included for FREE.

- I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT COMMIT SUPPORT, BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- We make every attempt to respond to you as quickly as possible. However, sometimes our responses don't make it back into your inbox. If you haven't heard back from us within 48 hours (holidays and weekends depending), before attempting to contact us again please be sure to check your SPAM folder and ensure your email address does not flag and block any emails coming from a CommitSwimming.com email. If you don't see any emails from us still after that, please try to contact us again.
