Step by step
- Open Settings → Integrations and find SWIMS 3.0 Connection. A connected club shows its code and a green dot (for example “MAWCS - Connected”).
- The counters tell you where you stand: # USAS Members, Not in Commit, Inactive in Commit, and Non-Athletes.
- Click Manage roster to match SWIMS members to Commit swimmers. Fix the “Not in Commit” list here so both rosters agree.
- Click Manage registrations to see who still needs to register or renew with USA Swimming for the season.
- Use the refresh icon after families register. SWIMS data comes in on a delay, so give a brand-new registration a bit of time to show up.

Common questions
A swimmer registered with USA Swimming but Commit doesn’t show it. Refresh the connection first. If they still don’t match, their name or birthdate probably differs between SWIMS and Commit. Fix it in Manage roster.
We’re not connected. Connection is tied to your USAS club code. Email team@commitswimming.com and we’ll hook it up.
Do families register for USA Swimming inside Commit? No. They register on USA Swimming’s site through your club’s registration link. Commit tracks the result.
