The workout editor on the web has new tools beside it. A ghost clock shows when each subgroup starts every set, and Full screen gives the workout your whole screen. The stopwatch opens a pace calculator, and Set check marks sets Commit misreads.

Why it matters

  • Writing a split practice? The ghost clock shows where subgroups come back together, with a chip like “In sync” or “5 min gap”, and when each one finishes.
  • In full screen, Stats, Attendance, Notes and your other tools open one at a time in a card on the right.
  • Give the pace calculator a distance and a time, and it shows the same pace from 25 to 500. Click one to add it at your cursor.
  • Set check explains what Commit reads now and what it will read after the fix. Most fixes take one click, and Undo puts it back.

Good to know

  • These tools are for coaches who can edit the workout, on a computer. The Commit app has the pace calculator too.
  • The View button at the top turns each writing aid on or off, and your choices follow your account.
  • Set check never changes your text until you click a fix.
