Parents / Guardians - Swimmer Profiles
When you want to look at or update your swimmer's profile information, you can do this by navigating to the swimmer's profile in your Commit portal.
Find the menu called SWIMMERS and select a drop down.
You will see all the swimmers associated with your account that are currently connected to the club.
Need to add a new swimmer? Contact your coach for help or register them for the club by following THESE STEPS.
Here you'll seen a number of tabs for the swimmer - in this example, Susan Schiller.
The PROFILE tab will allow you to see your swimmer's Best Times (by what is available in Commit's results history or manually adjust by your coach)
You will also see goals you and your coach can set together, as well as notes from your coach directly to your swimmer.
And you can see any upcoming Meets for your swimmer and the status of their registration for those meets.
The next tab, MANAGE, allows you to update most of the information important to your swimmer.
You can edit your information under PARENT or add another parent/guardian account to log in and access this same info. (You must contact your club to help remove any accounts)
- Once an email is added (if you add one) the coach or admin of the team must initiate the inivte for them to be able to log in.
You can also add emergency contact info or update it here.
- Emergency contacts do not have an account to log in.
You can also view siblings - if they have any connected on the team.
- If you have multiple swimmers, but they are not showing up under siblings - contact your coach or Commit Support at team@commitswimming.com
The section called ATHLETE INFORMATION is for your swimmer's profile information:
And the section Athlete Contact Information is where you can add other contact information for the athlete and include an email address.
- The club can invite the swimmer to log in to their own account too this way.
Custom fields allows you to edit other information the club is requesting.
- If editing these fields, do sure to click the SAVE ICON when done. It will not autosave.
The Seasons section allows you to indicate seasons they were or were not active with the club and their age group during that season.
- We recommend letting your club handle most of this section.
The next tab, PERFORMANCE, allows you to view your swimmer's results / times history.
- This only includes results from meets that have been uploaded into Commit.
- Don't see the performance tab? Your club may have disabled this - please contact them.
The next tab, TRAINING, allows you to view your swimmer's training history and analytics.
Don't see the training tab? Your club may have disabled this - please contact them.
The next tab, ATTENDANCE, allows you to view your swimmer's attendance history.
- Something seem incorrect? Contact your club.
- Don't see the attendance tab? Your club may have disabled this - please contact them.
The final WORKOUTS tab allows you to view your swimmer's past, current, and upcoming workouts.
- IF you only see current and past workouts, but not upcoming - your club has disabled members from seeing practice sessions ahead of time. Please contact your club for questions.
