Step by step
Create a board
- Open Communication → Bulletin Boards and click Add board.
- Name it and pick who can see it: coaches, swimmers and parents, whole groups, or specific people.
Post to a board
- Open the board and click Add to board.
- Write a post (title plus text, with attachments) or upload a file such as a flyer or schedule PDF. Pin a post to keep it on top.
- People with access get an alert and can reply in the discussion under each post.
Boards live in the app’s Inbox tab under Bulletin Boards. Families read, get notified, and reply from their phones. Coaches can post from the app too.
Common questions
Board or message? A message is one-time mail. A board sticks around, so it’s better for things people come back to: handbooks, snack sign-up flyers, weekly notes.
Who can make boards? Staff with the Communication permission. Each board’s audience is set when you create it and can be edited later.
Do parents get notified of new posts? Yes, per their alert settings. New posts and replies show in their inbox.
