Step by step
-
Open the registration link your team shared (email, website, or social post). You’ll see the program with each group and its pricing.
-
Already on Commit? Sign in first so the registration lands on your existing account. New? Choose Register Today and create your account as you go.
-
Add your swimmer (or pick them, if they’re already on your account) and choose their group.
-
Fill in the steps the team asks for: parent and contact info, any custom questions, emergency contacts, and signatures on the team’s waivers.
-
Choose how to pay. Some teams offer more than one option, like monthly, upfront, or installments (a set number of payments spread over the season). Then enter your payment method and review the charges: what’s due now, and what bills later. If your team passes on service fees, they show as their own line.
-
Got a coupon code from your team? Type it in the coupon code box and click Apply. The discount shows in your charges before you pay.
-
Submit. You’ll get a confirmation, and some teams also send a welcome email. Everything after this lives in your parent account. See How Commit works.
Registration links open fine in your phone’s browser; the flow is the same. Once registered, download the Commit Swimming - Team app to follow the season.
Common questions
We have more than one swimmer. Register them in the same flow, or run the link again signed in; they all attach to your family account.
I registered but see nothing in my account. You may have created a second account under a different email. See Log in and fix sign-in problems.
Which group do I pick? Ask your coach if the group descriptions don’t make it obvious. Coaches can move swimmers later, so a wrong pick isn’t fatal.
When am I charged? The review step spells it out before you submit: what’s due now and what bills on a schedule.
My coupon code didn’t work. Check the spelling with your coach. A code only works on the programs your team set it up for, and it takes money off the program’s registration fee, not other fees.
