Coaches can now choose what the Spectator view shows for each meet. Hide it from families, or pick the details they see, like entry times, heats and lanes, ages and contact info.

Why it matters

  • A bar above the lineup says Visible to families or Hidden from families, so you always know where things stand.
  • Staff see the same details families do, so what you check is what they get.
  • Families who hid their contact info in the member directory stay hidden.
  • For families, the view shows the details your club picks. If entry times or ages are missing, your club has hidden them, so ask your coach.

Good to know

  • The settings live on the meet’s Entry Report tab. Click Spectator, then Settings. They’re in the Commit app too.
  • Entry time, heat and lane, and age are on to start. Photos and contact details stay off until you turn them on.
  • If you turn the view off, families don’t see a Spectator tab for that meet.
