You can now manage your Commit subscription yourself, under Settings → Subscription. Change your plan or billing interval, add staff seats or the AI Coach Assistant, update the card, download invoices or cancel. Plan, seat and add-on changes show a before-and-after preview before anything is charged.
Why it matters
- The preview shows what changes, when it takes effect, and what you’ll pay today and at renewal. A smaller plan also lists what your team would lose.
- Upgrades and added seats start right away, prorated. Anything smaller waits for your renewal date, with an Undo button until then.
- Locked features show the real screen, blurred behind a card that names the plan that includes it. Staff who manage billing can upgrade right there. Other staff can click Ask for access.
Good to know
- The plans are Commit Coach, Commit Workouts, Commit Team Basic and Commit Team Premium.
- Changing the subscription needs the Finances permission set to Edit.
- This is what your team pays Commit. It’s separate from the billing you run for your families.
