Your team’s history didn’t start the day you joined Commit. You can now type or paste swims from before Commit, or from a meet with no results file, so your all-time Top Times and record boards tell the whole story.

How it works

  • Open Reports → Top Times & Standards and click Add times. The same window opens from Enter by hand under Meets → Results, and from Add a missing time on a record.
  • Pick a New meet or an Existing meet, then fill in the swimmer, event, time and age at the swim. Paste rows from a spreadsheet and Commit fills one row per line.
  • A name that matches nobody becomes a New past swimmer, saved to your Archived list so your roster stays clean.
  • Every hand-entered time carries a Manual tag. Hover it to see who added it and when.

Good to know

  • Saved swims count toward best times, Top Times and records. One that beats a team record shows up as a pending record to approve.
  • A time well under the team record gets a “Typo?” warning before you save.
  • Adding times is on the web, for individual events only. Hand-entered meets stay with your team.
