Registered your swimmers with USA Swimming in bulk? Commit can now bill each family for it. Set your club’s price for each membership type once, then turn a submitted registration into one charge per family.
How it works
- On the SWIMS 3.0 Connection card (Settings → Integrations), click the gear for USA Swimming billing. Type your club’s price next to each membership type, and add your LSC fee if you collect it.
- Click Manage registrations, open a submitted registration and switch to Billing.
- Click Generate drafts. Siblings share one family row, with a line for each swimmer.
- Check the drafts, then add them to each family’s next bill or send a separate invoice.
Good to know
- You need the Finances permission set to Edit.
- If USA Swimming hasn’t marked the registration Processed, Commit asks before you bill, so families don’t pay for memberships that never activate.
- The Commit app has the same Billing view and prices.
