The website builder has a cleaner editor. Click Edit site under Website and your Home page opens in the editor. Hover any block and its toolbar shows up right there.
Why it matters
- Edit, Block style and a ⋯ menu sit on every block. Spacing, backgrounds, Duplicate and Delete are all one click away.
- + Add block opens a picker with about thirty blocks. Type in the search and press Enter to add the top match.
- Full screen hides everything but your page. Click Exit or press Esc to go back.
Good to know
- Hover your site’s header or footer for its own toolbar. Edit jumps to that part of the Theme tab.
- To edit another page, open its ⋯ menu on the Pages tab and choose Edit page content.
- The Desktop, Tablet and Phone buttons at the top show the page at each size.
