The financial report now adds things up for you. The Invoices tab has a Summary view you can group by category, program or meet, customer, payment method or month. A new Bank deposits tab shows what made up each deposit to your bank.
Why it matters
- Your treasurer gets totals that match the books, and Export summary downloads them as a spreadsheet.
- The Payouts tab totals your charges and payouts, with the amount, fee and net for each.
- Each deposit has a Breakdown by category, down to the penny. Show transactions lists every customer, description and amount inside it.
Good to know
- Open Reports and click Detailed Invoice Breakdown. You need the Finances permission. The Commit app has it too, under More → Reports.
- A report is a snapshot of the moment you generated it. Reports from before bank deposit breakdowns existed don’t have them, so generate a new one for the same dates.
- It covers money that moved through Stripe. Invoices you marked as paid by cash or check aren’t in it.
