Writing a message to your team has a new screen. You can add a saved list in one click, put photos right in the message, and see exactly who gets it before you send. The send button counts it for you, like “Send to 19 families + 2 staff”.
Why it matters
- Quick audiences are saved lists you message often, like “Gold group parents”. Set one to update itself and new swimmers who match join on their own.
- Send to picks Parents only or Parents + swimmers, which also sends a copy to swimmers with their own email.
- The team header puts your logo and brand color on the email. Preview email shows it on desktop or phone, and you can send a test to yourself first.
- Who receives this warns you about any swimmer with no parent linked or no parent email.
Good to know
- Paste or drop a photo and it sits inside the email. Use Attach files for documents like PDFs.
- Your draft saves as you type.
- In the Commit app, tap Inbox, then New message. The line under Quick audiences sums up delivery, and tapping it opens the same options.
