Where the data comes from
Every parsed set feeds the reports: distances build volume, stroke words build the stroke breakdown, and your group’s intensity words build the intensity picture. That’s why the writing habits matter. Bracketed notes stay out, tagged subgroup sets count only for that subgroup, and consistent intensity words give you an honest energy-system view of the season.
Step by step
- Open Reports and choose Workout Statistics under Training Analytics.
- Pick the training group and date range. Filter by stroke, type, intensity, or day of the week.
- Read the charts: Weekly Volume, Day of Week Average, Stroke Breakdown, Type Breakdown, Intensity Breakdown, and Stress Score.
- Click through to any workout that looks off. Fixing the writing fixes the data.
- Use Generate Report to export or print for your staff or board.
The same reports are in both apps under Reports, so you can sanity check the week from anywhere.
Common questions
A week looks way too big. A note probably got parsed as distance. Bracket it in the workout and the chart corrects itself.
Intensity charts are empty. Your sets aren’t using the group’s intensity words. Start writing with them, and name them something your staff will actually type.
Can I see one swimmer’s training? Yes. Each athlete’s profile has a Training view once athletes are in your groups.
