The intake steps
Your onboarding page has one card per step:
- Roster ← you are here
- Results
- Website Visuals
- Payments (Stripe)
- USA Swimming (USAS clubs)
What to upload
Any of these work:
- A roster export from your old platform. The Roster card has step-by-step export guides for SportsEngine and Active.
- A spreadsheet. Include at least first name, last name, birthdate, group, and parent emails. More columns are welcome.
Upload up to 10 files. If your data lives in a few places, send them all and we’ll merge them.
What happens next
Our onboarding team loads and checks everything: swimmers, families, groups, and contact info. Your account stays in the prep stage while we work. When your data is in, you’ll get a welcome email with a video walkthrough of your account, and the full app unlocks.
Common questions
Our roster is messy. Send it anyway. Cleaning up duplicates and typos during the import is normal, and we’ll flag anything we can’t resolve.
Can I add swimmers later? Yes, any time after your account opens. See Add, edit and archive swimmers.
We also have a summer/masters roster. Upload it too and tell us which group it belongs to in the file name.
