The intake steps
Your onboarding page has one card per step:
- Roster
- Results
- Website Visuals
- Payments (Stripe)
- USA Swimming (USAS clubs) ← you are here
What the connection does
Commit reads your club’s USA Swimming roster and matches it to the roster we’re loading for you. That powers the USAS column on your roster, the registration link for your families, and registration checks at meet time.
What we need from you
Usually just your club code confirmation on the card. If anything more is needed to verify the club, your onboarding contact will ask.
What happens next
We match your SWIMS members to your Commit roster and flag anyone who doesn’t line up (usually a name or birthdate difference between systems). Once your account is live, the connection lives under Settings → Integrations. See Sync with USA Swimming.
Common questions
We’re not a USA Swimming club. Then you won’t see this card, and there’s nothing to do.
Some swimmers aren’t registered. That’s normal at intake. After launch, the Integrations page shows who still needs to register or renew.
