Onboarding: send your results history

Last updated 2026-09-11
Coaches · Getting Started Share past meet results during intake so best times and records carry into Commit.

The intake steps

Your onboarding page has one card per step:

Option 1: meet result files (preferred)

Upload the Hy-Tek meet results files from past meets: .zip, .cl2, or .sd3. The more seasons you send, the more complete your best times and records will be. Up to 100 files.

Option 2: SportsEngine (TeamUnify) exports

If you can’t get meet files, run three reports under Events & Competition → Time Reports and upload the Excel files:

  1. Top Times By Events, Event = Individuals ONLY.
  2. Top Times By Events, Event = Relays ONLY. Relays only appear here — skip it and your relay records come over empty.
  3. Top Times By Athletes, Output Format = HTML: On-Screen.

Run each one once per course you swim, with Status = ALL and Show Top = 0, and save each report as Excel. Two courses means six files, three courses means nine.

Export your results from SportsEngine walks through every setting with screenshots and a video.

What happens next

We load and verify the results, match them to your roster, and your swimmers’ profiles open with their history in place. After your account is live, new results load through Upload meet results.

Common questions

How far back should we go? As far as you care about. Records need the full history; best times mostly need the recent seasons.

We only have SCY files. That’s fine. Send what exists.
