Onboarding: website visuals and your domain

Last updated 2026-08-28
Coaches · Getting Started Send your logo, photos, and current website address so we can build your team site.

The intake steps

Your onboarding page has one card per step:

What to send

  • Your current website URL, if you have one. We pull structure and content from it.
  • A high-quality logo. Extra variations and colors are welcome. The original file from your designer beats a screenshot.
  • Photos: team photos, coaches, your facility, meet-day shots. Horizontal photos make the best page headers.

What happens next

We build the site with your branding and content, then walk through it with you before anything goes live. Once your account opens, you can edit every page yourself. See Build your website: pages and blocks.

If you own a domain (like www.yourteam.com), we’ll help point it at your new site during onboarding. See Connect your domain.

Common questions

We don’t have professional photos. Phone photos work. Sharp, bright, and horizontal is all it takes.

We want to keep our current site. That’s fine. The Commit site can run alongside it, or you can hold off on the website piece entirely. Tell your onboarding contact.
