Swimmer performance
- Top Times & Standards: swimmer rankings and time standard achievements. The everyday “who’s fastest” view.
- Best Times Grid: a spreadsheet of best times by swimmer and event, by age group and gender.
- Meet Reports: post-meet performance breakdowns.
- Qualification & Standards: who qualifies for a meet based on cutoffs or time standards.
- Records: team and pool record boards.
- High Points: swimmer scoring across multiple meets.
- Team Improvement: improvement across the team, meet over meet.
- Team Standards Summary: how standard achievements are spread across the team.
Training analytics
- Workout Statistics: volume, intensity, and training load from your workouts. This is where good tagging pays off.
- Attendance: practice attendance and trends. Flip between a by-athlete view (attended, missed, percentage per swimmer) and a by-workout view, filter by group, subgroup, and dates, and export to PDF or spreadsheet.
Financial
- Detailed Invoice Breakdown: every invoice and payout for a date range. Built for your treasurer, exports included.
- Job Credits: volunteer credits earned across job events.
- Open Reports and pick a card.
- Filter by group, date range, or course where offered. Top Times & Standards has an Advanced Options dialog worth knowing: Top Swimmers vs Top Times, flat starts only vs all swims, show meet, date, or splits, and team history vs active roster.
- Use Generate Report for exports: most reports offer a Visual Report (PDF) and a Data Export (XLSX), and the performance and attendance reports also do Individual Reports per swimmer.
- For a stack of swimmer PDFs at once (every senior’s best-times sheet for banquet night), use Multi-Swimmer Reports in the top corner: pick the swimmers and format (one combined PDF, a ZIP of individual PDFs, or an XLSX with a tab per swimmer) and it generates in the background.
The app’s More → Reports has the same landing page, handy for pulling up top times or attendance on deck.
Common questions
Which reports do parents see? None of these; parents see only their own swimmers’ data, controlled by what you allow.
A report looks empty. Check the filters, and confirm the underlying data exists (results loaded, attendance taken, workouts tagged).
